G & J Parking Lot Maintenance Ltd. is certified by the Alberta Construction Safety Association in their Partnerships In Reduction program. Through them we have received our "Certificate of Recognition". Our safety program is very extensive.

All new employees are put through an orientation in which our safety policies and procedures are reviewed. Each employee is given an "Employee Handbook", Personal Protective Equipment and numerous other documents pertaining to employment with G & J.

G & J Parking Lot Maintenance Ltd.'s overall goal is to provide its employees with a healthy and safe working environment. Our employees are our most valuable asset and we are committed to providing them with the proper equipment and materials to perform their work in a safe and healthy manner.

Our objectives are to provide a zero injury workplace, promote safe work practices, training, and a common sense approach to safety on the job site.

No work will commence or continue when there is a possibility of injury to an employee, damage to equipment or machinery, or if the service or job performed will lead to substandard work.

We shall comply with and where possible improve on all government-mandated health and safety requirements. It is our belief that our responsibilities do not end where the law begins.
